1 General Provisions and Applicability of Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the legal relationship between takabet and each member who uses the takabet platform. By opening an account, logging in, or starting to use any service, the member is considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

All sections of takabet — sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and other entertainment services — are covered by these Terms. Where separate rules exist for a particular section, those rules apply alongside the general Terms.

This document has been prepared in Bengali. Should any ambiguity arise due to language, the interpretation given by takabet will be considered final.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.3 Accuracy of Information

The name, mobile number, date of birth, and payment details provided at registration must be genuine. If an account is opened with false or fabricated information and this is discovered during a later verification, the account and its balance may be cancelled.

3 Age Limit and Responsible Participation

takabet is for adults aged 21 and above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account or placing any bet. Members must ensure that no minor has access to their device or account.

4 Account Security and Identity Verification

4.1 Password and Login Security

Each member is solely responsible for the security of their account. Keeping the password confidential, changing it regularly, and not sharing it with any third party is every member's duty. If unauthorised access to an account is suspected, the support team must be notified immediately.

4.2 KYC Verification Process

takabet may at any time request a copy of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document to verify a member's identity. This verification may be mandatory before a withdrawal or after a certain deposit amount is reached. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

4.3 Account Transfer Prohibited

No member may transfer, give, or sell their account, balance, or bonus to another person. An account is strictly personal and may only be used by the registered individual.

5 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

5.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit on takabet is ৳300. Members may deposit via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Once funds are credited to the account, they can be used for betting or gaming. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in the member's own name.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer are available for withdrawals. Accepted banks for bank transfer include BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other recognised banks.

5.3 Source of Funds

Members must ensure that deposited funds come from a legitimate source. If funds from an illegal or suspicious source are deposited, takabet reserves the right to cancel the transaction and notify the relevant authorities.

6 Bonus and Promotional Offer Terms

6.1 Welcome Bonus

takabet offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount — meaning the full wager must be completed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit receives a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and a wager of ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be completed.

6.2 Bonus Usage Rules

Bonus funds may only be used in designated games or betting sections. Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus conditions are met. A new bonus cannot be activated while another bonus is still active.

6.3 VIP Cashback

takabet's VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.7% weekly cashback), and Gold (up to 1.0% weekly cashback). Cashback is calculated based on the weekly net loss. Example: if a Silver member's net loss in one week is ৳20,000, cashback = ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140.

6.4 Promotional Abuse

Creating multiple accounts, providing false information, or using any other tactic to obtain bonuses or promotional offers is prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonuses and all winnings in the relevant account may be forfeited.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Finality of Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless takabet cancels it for a clear reason. No responsibility will be taken for accidental clicks or unintended bets.

7.2 Technical Issues

If a connection is lost or a server problem occurs during a game or betting session, takabet will check its server logs to determine the outcome. The result obtained through the log review will be considered final.

7.3 Betting Limits

Each game and betting section has minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed on the relevant page. takabet reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

7.4 Account Balance Requirement

Members must have sufficient balance in their account to bet or play. Bets will not be accepted if there is no balance, and no credit or loan facility will be provided.

8 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Match fixing or influencing the outcome of any event in any way.
• Placing bets or playing games using bots, scripts, or any other automated method.
• Attempting to hack an account or interfering with the security of the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Stealing or misusing another member's account information.
• Deliberately exploiting any technical error or vulnerability in the platform.
• Conducting transactions across multiple accounts from the same payment method.

If any of the above activities are detected, takabet may immediately close the account and withhold all funds.

9 Account Suspension and Closure Policy

9.1 Suspension by takabet

In the event of a breach of these Terms, for investigation purposes, or for security reasons, takabet may temporarily suspend an account at any time. During the suspension, the member will not be able to log in, place bets, make deposits, or withdraw funds.

9.2 Account Closure by Member

If a member wishes to close their account, they may inform the support team via live chat or email. The member's balance will be returned by the designated method before the account is closed; however, if the wagering conditions tied to a bonus have not been met, the bonus balance will be forfeited.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or transaction for an extended period, the account may be marked as inactive. In this case, takabet will notify the member by email or mobile and provide an opportunity to reactivate the account.

10 Personal Data and Privacy

takabet collects, stores, and uses members' personal data solely for account management, identity verification, and service improvement. Details of how personal data is handled with third parties can be found on the Privacy Policy page.

Member account data is kept secure through SSL encryption. Payment information is not stored directly on takabet servers — it is processed securely through registered payment gateways.

11 Limitation of Liability

The takabet platform operates for entertainment purposes. Members bear full responsibility for any financial gains or losses from betting and gaming activities. takabet is not liable for:

• Losses caused by a member's internet connection being disrupted.
• Bets being cancelled due to problems with a member's device or software.
• Delays or problems with third-party payment gateways.
• Service interruptions caused by unforeseen natural disasters or emergency situations.

takabet always aims to provide a reliable service; however, there is no obligation to provide compensation if the service is disrupted due to technical or unavoidable reasons.

12 Changes to Terms and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Amendments to Terms

takabet reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be informed by email or through a notice on the platform before changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

12.2 Filing a Complaint

If a member has a complaint about any matter, they may contact takabet directly via 24/7 live chat or email. The support team provides service in both Bengali and English. General complaints are resolved as quickly as possible.

12.3 Dispute Resolution Process

For financial disputes, the member must first file a formal complaint with the support team. takabet will review server logs and transaction records and communicate a decision within a set timeframe. If the member is not satisfied with the initial decision, they may apply for reconsideration.

12.4 Applicable Law

These Terms will be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or unlawful, the remaining provisions will continue to be in effect.
